Vendors

The Lane County Farmers Market welcomes all current and interested new vendors to participate in the Lane County Farmers market. To vend at this market your product must either be locally grown, locally produced or locally gathered. Resales are not permitted.

Vendor fees for the 2012 season have been established by the Board of Directors and the daily rates are as follows:

  • Winter Market – February and March, 2012 – $35 per 10′x10′ booth space
  • Regular Markets beginning in April, 2012 -  $40 per 10′x10′ booth space

In addition, all vendors must be current LCFM members at the annual fee of $35.

To become a member of  the Market for 2012 please download the application below and submit along with your annual membership fee, proof of insurance and all appropriate certificates that apply to your business.

All applications will be due by March 15th  to be included in the seniority ranking and placement consideration. Applications accepted after this date will be considered on a case by case basis. 

Board meetings are held that the Lane County Farmers Market Office on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 6:00 pm.  All meetings are open to interested vendors.

2012 HOLIDAY MARKET VENDOR APPLICATIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE IN AUGUST.  The 2012 LCFM Holiday Market will once again be located in the Performance Hall at the Lane County Fairgrounds.  This is a vital, growing market with a very large customer base.  In addition to farm vendors, we have space available and welcome quality craft vendors.  Click link to download the application.2011 Holiday Market application

2012 HOLIDAY MARKET MUSICIANS.  We are beginning to line up musicians for the 2012 LCFM Holiday Market. Please contact laruej2@yahoo.com if you are interested in performing.  These are not paid spots but we will have signage encouraging tips and you will be allowed to sell CDs during your performance times.
